How to Request an Access Code

Step 1

Login to the OneMotoring website:
onemotoring.lta.gov.sg

Step 2

Go to the Vehicle Hub section.

Step 3

Select Others → Access Code → Request Access Code.

Step 4

Choose the vehicle, set the validity period, and enter the recipient’s details (mobile or email).

Step 5

Tick the Terms & Conditions box and click Request Access Code.

Step 6

The 6-digit Access Code will be displayed and sent to the recipient’s mobile number or email.

Key Things to Remember

  • The Access Code replaces the old method of using the last four characters of your ID.
  • The code is valid for 14 days and can be used multiple times within that period.
  • You can request an Access Code for one or all of your registered vehicles.
  • The Access Code protects your personal data and gives you more control over vehicle information access.
